Jeanine is amazing! I was going through being emotionally abused ( yet again) by a narcissist and it took a toll on me mentally and physically. I didn't know how to bring myself back whole and non reactive. I found her and this light therapy at a nature center and took a chance as I was desperate to stop the trauma.
I went into a deep relaxed hypnotic state, the lights were wild and did whatever it was supposed to and the ethereal music that went with it was nice too. Then, suddenly, I saw my dad and my grandmother that long passed away come through and other family members in the background. No words, but my dad hugged me and I didn't want to let go.. I suddenly opened my eyes and cried.. cried. She said she gave us reiki too during the session. Which explained it.
I had three more private sessions to really get to the root of my traumas and it helped me tremendously to being able to let go of this trauma bond and move forward in my life. I cannot thank you enough for this incredible psychedelic light and sound therapy. Truly unique and powerful.
You will not be disappointed with Jeanine, she listens to you and knows exactly which light therapy to use and music. Serene room, noise cancelling headphones, reclining chair and a comfy blanket too!
